Richard King (Chief Executive) In the early part of his career Richard trained as an IT systems engineer before progressing to business development roles. In 1998 he co-founded Innovation Group plc which floated on the London Stock Exchange in the summer of 2000. After leaving in 2002 he undertook a number of consulting and non-executive roles. |

Simon Andrews (Technology Director) Simon has a wealth of experience in the motor and telematics industry sectors, including roles with Lex Service, RAC and Texaco where he maintained partnerships with major brands including Jaguar, Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Chrysler and subsequently as International Business Development Manager for Thales Telematics, where he delivered major projects for the Malaysian Government and Transport for London. |

John Kowalyk (Head of Business Development) John is one of the founders of the company and has 25 years of experience working with UK insurers and motor manufacturers. As Head of Business Development, he is responsible for targeting potential client organisations, managing day to day sales activity and working with our clients to identify solutions that meet their specific business needs. Prior to establishing VLOC, John was part of the team that created the concept for Compucar – a leading insurance policy administration system (now owned by The Bollington Group). |
| Jon Lee (Non-Executive Director) Jon Lee is a non-executive director of VLOC and a director of the company’s principal investor, Horizon Innovation of Jersey. After spells with McKinsey and Ernst & Young, in 2001 Jon became CEO of London Bridge Software, which was listed on the London Exchange and became a leading global provider of software and managed service solutions for retail financial institutions wanting to improve their collections and recoveries operations. From 2005 to 2008 Jon was CEO of Clearswift, a major supplier of information safeguarding solutions. |
